Second pattern machine woven Bevo SS sleeve eagle with out-stretched wings clutching a wreathed canted swastika in it's talons in silvery/grey rayon threads on a woven, black, rayon base. The eagle is still on its original, black, rayon factory roll and is in overall excellent, unissued condition.
